News of the miraculous acts of God

1 Corinthians 15:58

"Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord."

Revival, by definition, is the improvement in the condition of or strength of something. I would say that, after 25 days of Revival hosted by Langston Baptist (but joined by oh so many more churches) my heart and soul have both been improved and strengthened. Our church and area churches have been improved and strengthened. Our community has been improved and strengthened. And Heaven has been improved and strengthened as the Angels rejoiced over 1,505 folks stood and accepted Christ as Savior and told us that if they died right then or anytime after, they knew they would be going to Heaven! It was a glorious experience that I will forever remember! I am thankful for so many (I tried to tag everyone I could think of but I am sure I missed some) that helped in this the last 4 weeks. As we were drawing closer to 6:30pm...I found myself dreading that I would be missing that awesome praise band and that good ole preaching and Mr. Norman’s jokes and some awesome games of Simon Says with over 2000 people!! I thank God for allowing this revival and I am excited to see how it continues in our hearts!!! PRAISE BE TO GOD!!

Thanks to Tyler, the Praise Band, Norman and Sherri, the camera crew, the sound man/men, the people doing the lights and projector, the people on golf carts taking folks back and forth from the parking lot, church staff, and everyone behind the scenes I may not know about. Thank you for sacrificing so that God could work!
